When you use Beda forms with your existing software, here’s what happens to your patients’ information.
It stays in your system
Beda shows the form and handles voice input. Patient information is loaded from, and saved back to, your own practice software — Beda doesn’t keep a copy.
Identifying details removed first
Names and other identifying details are stripped out on your own device before any voice is processed.
Hosted in Australia
The Beda forms application runs on cloud infrastructure located in Australia.

Health IT people who understand clinical work
Beda Software is an international vendor of Healthcare Data Management Software. We’ve spent years designing clinical software, connecting health systems and making health data usable — for practices, universities and digital health companies. Products we’ve built are used in the USA, Canada, New Zealand, Israel, Germany and Switzerland.
We’re active in Australia’s health standards community, so what we build works with the wider health system, not just one product.

Questions clinicians ask us
Do we have to replace our current software?
No. Most of what we do works with the systems you already have — we add to them and connect them. If a complete new system is the right answer, Beda EMR is there, but you never have to switch.
Our systems come from different vendors. Can you connect them?
Often, yes. It depends on what each system allows, which is exactly what we check in the first workshop. You’ll know what’s possible — and what isn’t — before you commit to anything.
We have our own IT team. Can you work with them?
Yes. We can review their plans, train them, mentor them over time, or deliver parts of a project alongside them — whatever helps most.
Can we keep using the forms we already have?
Yes. Upload your existing PDF forms and they’re converted into digital forms, or start from our templates and adjust them yourself.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
None. Tell us how your day works and what gets in the way. We take care of the technical side and explain everything in plain language.
